One of those cold, drizzly days where you wish you could cuddle up in bed with a book.
I did not work out today and I think I am gonna crash early tonight; hence the shortness of this blog.
I need to sit down and set up a training plan for the MS150 and the Big Sur marathon. If not it is gonna sneak up and bite me in the butt.
Breakfast
- Oatmeal with bananas, blueberries and cinnamon
- blackberries (about 2 pints)
- Spinach salad with black beans, corn, red pepper, cucumber, and walnuts with a Ginger-Soy dressing
- Dark Chocolate Nugo bar
- Linguine with marinara and mushrooms
- Dinner salad with tomato vinaigrette
- Cup of grape juice
