I have mixed feeling about results right now.

Breakfast

- Oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries
- Starbucks tall Toffee Nut Latte with soy milk
Lunch
- Spinach salad with corn, black beans, red pepper and cucumber with a sesame-ginger dressing
- Dark chocolate chip Nugo Bar
Dinner
- Grilled portabella mushroom burger with guacamole and lettuce
- Baked multi grain chips with the remainder guacamole
- Quesadilla with soy cheese
- Grape juice
